Privacy Policy and How We Use Your Data

Who we are

Zelqori is a web, ecommerce and automation studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us about privacy at hello@zelqori.online.

What we collect

When you book a call, ask for a quote, request a website audit or send a message, we collect what you type into the form: your name, business name, WhatsApp number, the services you are interested in, your budget range, a preferred call time, your website address and your message. With the form we also send the page you were on and, if you arrived from an advert or another site, the campaign tags, ad click id, referring page and first page you landed on. When you message us on WhatsApp or by email we receive your number or address and what you send.

If you accept analytics in the consent banner, Google Analytics 4 records how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and actions such as starting a WhatsApp chat, booking a call or completing a calculator. IP addresses are anonymised. If you decline, analytics never loads.

Why we use it

We use enquiry data to reply to you, prepare a scope and a fixed quote, and, if you become a client, to run your project, invoice you and support your site. The legal bases are the steps you ask us to take before a contract, the contract itself, our legal obligations such as UAE VAT record keeping, and your consent for analytics. We use campaign data to understand which channels bring enquiries. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

We share data only with providers that help us run the business: our website hosting provider, our email provider, Meta for WhatsApp conversations, Google for analytics (only with consent), and the tools you ask us to connect during a project. Each receives only what it needs. Some of these providers process data outside the UAE; where they do, we rely on their contractual safeguards. We disclose data to authorities only where UAE law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. Client records, contracts and invoices are kept for at least five years, as UAE tax law requires. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. You can ask us to delete enquiry data sooner.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to enquiries and client data is limited to the people working on your request, with two-factor login on the accounts that hold it. Forms include spam protection and limit the length of every field.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you can ask to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time (see the Cookie Policy). Email hello@zelqori.online with your request; we reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer you may complain to the UAE Data Office.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use personal data we update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes are also shown on the site before they take effect.
