Terms of Service for Projects and Care Plans

Using this website

The content on this site is general information. Prices shown are starting points in AED excluding 5% VAT, not offers. Calculators give indicative ranges, never quotes. Guides are checked when published, but rules, fees and platform features change, so confirm anything important before relying on it.

Quotes and scope

After a discovery call we send a written scope and a fixed price in AED. A quote is valid for 30 days. The work covered is what the scope lists; anything not listed is out of scope. A project starts when you accept the quote in writing and the first payment arrives.

Prices, VAT and payment

All prices are in AED and exclude 5% VAT, which is added to each invoice. Projects under AED 20,000 are paid 50% at the start and 50% at launch. Larger projects are paid 30% at the start, 40% at an agreed milestone and 30% at launch. Invoices are due within 7 days unless the quote says otherwise. Monthly services are invoiced in advance. Third-party costs such as platform subscriptions, themes, apps, hosting, message fees, ad spend and AI model usage are paid by you directly to the provider unless the quote says otherwise.

Changes

If you ask for something outside the scope, we price the change in writing first. Work on it starts only after you approve the price. Approved changes can move the timeline.

What we need from you

Timelines depend on content, feedback and access arriving when agreed. You confirm that you have the rights to the logos, text, images and data you give us, and that your products, adverts and claims comply with UAE law. If a project is paused by us waiting for you for more than 30 days, we may invoice work completed to date and agree a new start date.

Ownership

Accounts, domains, stores and hosting are set up in your name, or transferred to it at handover. When the final invoice is paid, ownership of the custom design and code we produce for you passes to you. Open-source software, third-party themes, plugins and apps stay under their own licences. We may reuse general know-how and our own non-client-specific components, and we may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Launch, fixes and care plans

After launch you get 30 days in which we fix, at no charge, anything that does not work as described in the scope. Care plans and other monthly services run month to month; either side can end them with 30 days' written notice. There is no minimum term unless the quote states one.

What we do not promise

We build sites that are fast, accessible and well structured, which makes ranking and selling possible. Nobody controls Google, AI assistants, Meta or customer behaviour, so we do not guarantee search positions, traffic, leads or sales. Third-party platforms can change features and prices at any time and are outside our control.

Liability

We take care in everything we deliver. To the extent UAE law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project, or for a monthly service, the fees paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data where backups were your responsibility.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information, data and access details confidential and use them only for your project. You keep our pricing and proposals confidential. This continues after the project ends.

Ending a project

Either side may end a project in writing if the other seriously breaches these terms and does not fix it within 14 days. You pay for work completed up to that date, and we hand over everything paid for.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking. If that fails, the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
