Who pays, and how much?
If nobody would pay for the result a person could produce by hand, AI will not change that.
We help founders and companies turn an AI idea into a first version real users can try: one core feature done well, sign-up, payments if needed, and the cost controls and testing that keep it alive after the demo.
An AI MVP is the smallest working version of an AI product that real users can try and pay for, built around one core feature. Ours start at AED 19,500 and take 6 to 10 weeks; products with several AI features, integrations or mobile apps typically reach AED 60,000. Model usage and hosting are extra, excluding 5% VAT.

Most AI product ideas we hear in Dubai have one feature that matters: the contract checker, the menu translator, the property description writer, the tutor that marks Arabic homework. Everything else is supporting cast. An MVP should make that one feature genuinely good, measured on real examples, and wrap it in just enough product for a user to sign up, use it, and pay. That is cheaper and faster than a full platform, and it answers the only question that matters at this stage: will people use this and pay for it? If you already built a prototype with an AI app builder, we can start from it. If it needs too much repair, we tell you before you spend.
We define the one job, the input and output, how we will measure quality, and what is out of scope for version one.
We test models on 50 to 100 real examples and show you quality and cost per use. If the idea does not work reliably yet, you learn it here, cheaply.
The product is built on a staging site you can open anytime, with weekly demos. Sign-up, the core feature, payments and an admin view.
Five to twenty real users try it. We watch where they get stuck and fix the important things.
Production launch, monitoring, cost alerts, and documentation, so you can hire a developer or keep us on.
We use mainstream technology on purpose. Any competent developer you hire later should be able to pick it up.
| Build it yourself with an AI builder | Freelance developer | Studio MVP | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | Subscription | Varies widely | From AED 19,500 |
| Speed to a demo | Days | Weeks | Two weeks to a tested core feature |
| Security and data | Often missed | Depends on the person | Reviewed as standard |
| Quality measured on real examples | Rarely | Sometimes | Yes, before and after each change |
| Continuity if someone leaves | You | Risky | Documented team hand-over |
| Best for | Testing the idea yourself | A narrow, well-defined build | Taking real users and payments |
If you have not yet shown the idea to ten potential users, build a prototype yourself first. It is the cheapest test there is.
If nobody would pay for the result a person could produce by hand, AI will not change that.
We need 50 real examples of input and ideal output to measure the core feature.
Model cost per use against your price per user decides whether the business works.
Prices, models and terms change. The product must be able to switch provider without a rebuild.
The code repository, the cloud account, the model provider account, the domain and the data are set up in your company's name from day one, or transferred at hand-over. Intellectual property in the code transfers on final payment. That matters when you raise money, because a careful investor will check, and it matters if you ever want a different developer. We sign an NDA before you share the idea if you want one, and we do not reuse your product logic for anyone else.
The feasibility test in weeks one and two is priced separately if you stop there, so a bad idea costs little. Payments follow our standard terms: 30% at start, 40% at a milestone and 30% at launch.
One core AI feature, web app, sign-up and payments.
Several AI features, integrations or native apps.
Model usage, hosting and app store fees are paid directly to providers. Ongoing development from AED 395 a month. Prices exclude 5% VAT.
A fair view, so you do not pay for more than you need.
Talk to ten potential customers before you spend AED 19,500. A clickable prototype or an AI consulting session is a cheaper first step.
An MVP is one core feature done well. If you need every feature at launch, budget for the larger AED 60,000 range or phase it.
We work on fixed prices. We do not take equity or build for a revenue share.

Ours start at AED 19,500 for one core AI feature in a web app with sign-up and payments, built in 6 to 10 weeks. Larger first versions with several features or mobile apps typically reach AED 60,000. Prices exclude 5% VAT.
A focused MVP takes 6 to 10 weeks, including a feasibility test, the build and a user testing round. More features, integrations or native mobile apps add time.
Often, yes. We audit it first. If the foundations are sound we finish it; if not, we use it as the specification and rebuild the parts that matter.
Yes. Repository, cloud and provider accounts are in your company's name, and IP in the code transfers on final payment. We can sign an NDA before you share the idea.
We test OpenAI, Claude and Gemini on your real examples and pick on quality, cost per use and data terms. The product is built so the model can be changed later.
Yes, when the product needs them. Most MVPs start as a mobile-friendly web app, which is faster to launch and change; native apps follow once usage proves the need.
The feasibility test in the first two weeks measures the core feature on real examples. If quality or cost per use does not work, you find out then, for a fraction of the full price.
We will tell you whether today's AI can do it reliably, what the first version would cost, and what each use would cost to run.
