Why n8n
You picked n8n for a reason. Usually one of three.
People who search for n8n by name have normally compared it already. The reasons we hear in Dubai are the same three. First, cost at volume: Zapier and Make price by task or operation, and a busy store or clinic can run thousands a day, while self-hosted n8n costs the server. Second, data: with n8n on your own server, customer data does not pass through another company's platform, which matters to clinics, finance firms and anyone with a careful compliance officer. Third, flexibility: n8n lets a developer drop into code when a visual step is not enough, and its AI nodes make it easy to add a language model step in the middle of a workflow. The trade-off is that someone has to look after it. That is the part we take seriously.

n8n has a free self-hosted community edition under its own fair-code licence, and paid cloud and enterprise plans. Self-hosting is free to use for your own business, but you pay for the server and someone has to maintain it. Check the licence if you plan to resell it.
n8n is usually better at high volume, when data must stay on your own server, or when workflows need custom code. Zapier is better for a handful of simple flows with nobody to maintain a server. We build on both.
Yes. You can run it on a cloud provider with a UAE region or on your own server. If your sector has rules on where data is processed, tell us at the start.
Yes. n8n has built-in AI nodes for OpenAI, Anthropic and others, so a workflow can read an email or document, extract fields or draft a reply, and then continue with normal steps.
Yes. A fixed-fee audit at AED 950 reviews the install and every workflow and lists the fixes with prices. The fee is credited if you go ahead with the fixes.
