Orders and quotations
Capture orders from the team, a Shopify store or WhatsApp. Convert a quotation to an order to an invoice without retyping a line.
We build a lightweight ERP for trading, retail and e-commerce companies that have outgrown Excel but do not want a six-month implementation. Orders, stock, purchasing, VAT invoices and payroll export in one place.
Our ERP is a custom, lightweight system for Dubai trading, retail and e-commerce companies replacing Excel. An operations system covering orders, inventory, purchasing, VAT 5% invoices, WPS payroll export, WhatsApp and dashboards starts at AED 29,500. Multi-branch ERP starts at AED 75,000+. Prices exclude VAT.

Most trading and retail companies in Dubai run on a spreadsheet that one person understands. Orders arrive on WhatsApp, stock sits in a second file, invoices are typed into a third, and month-end is a week of reconciling. Nothing is wrong with Excel; it simply has no roles, no history and no way to stop two people selling the same last pallet.
We start from your current spreadsheets and build only what you use. Nothing is switched on because a vendor brochure lists it.
Capture orders from the team, a Shopify store or WhatsApp. Convert a quotation to an order to an invoice without retyping a line.
Stock by warehouse, batch or serial where you need it, reorder levels, stock takes and transfers between branches.
Purchase orders, supplier prices, goods received and landed cost, so margin is real rather than estimated.
Tax invoices with VAT at 5%, credit notes, statements and ageing, laid out for your business.
Attendance and salary data prepared as a WPS-compatible file for your bank to import.
Send order confirmations, invoices and payment reminders from the system, and see the replies against the customer.
Sales, stock, receivables and cash on one screen, per branch or consolidated.
Sales, warehouse, accounts and owner see what they need. Every edit is logged with who and when.
Invoices carry the fields a UAE tax invoice needs, with VAT calculated at 5% and stored as structured data rather than a PDF alone. The UAE has announced an electronic invoicing programme, and the timetable and technical requirements are set by the authorities and may change. We design your invoice data so that connecting to an accredited provider later is an integration job, not a rebuild.
Zoho and Odoo are good products and the right answer for many companies. This is how we think about the choice.
| Excel | Zoho or Odoo | Our ERP | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starting cost | Already paid for | Subscription per user, plus setup | AED 29,500 once, then care plan |
| Fit to your process | Total, but fragile | You adapt to the product, or pay to customise | Built around your process |
| Time to start | Immediate | Weeks to months of configuration | Typically 8 to 14 weeks |
| Roles and audit | Weak | Strong | Strong, designed with you |
| UAE VAT and WPS | Manual | Available, depends on plan and local app | Built in as standard |
| Ongoing cost | None, until it breaks | Grows with users and modules | Care plan from AED 395 per month |
| Best when | One or two people, simple flow | Standard process, many users | Unusual process, or you want to own the system |
Subscription pricing for third-party products changes. Check current plans with the vendor. If a standard product fits you, we will say so and, where useful, connect it to your store and WhatsApp instead.
Your team keeps working in Excel until the day we switch, and we migrate the data before then.
We sit with sales, warehouse and accounts, collect your real files and map how an order moves. You get a written scope and a fixed price.
Customers, products, opening stock, open invoices and supplier balances are cleaned, de-duplicated and imported. Exceptions come back to you as a list.
Modules ship in the order you use them. Every fortnight your team works in a live test version and tells us what is wrong.
Both systems run side by side for a short period. Totals are compared before the spreadsheet is retired.
Training for each role, a handover document, and a care plan for fixes, backups and small changes.
An operations system suits a single company with one or two locations. When you run several branches, warehouses or entities, you need stock transfers, per-branch pricing and permissions, and consolidated reporting. That is our multi-branch ERP, which starts at AED 75,000+ and is scoped after the audit. Our design study OpsDesk shows the shape of a trading-company system, with orders, stock, invoices and a WhatsApp inbox on one data model.
You pay for the audit-based scope, not per user. All prices exclude 5% VAT.
For one company replacing its spreadsheets.
For groups with several branches or entities.
Payment: 30% at start, 40% at build approval, 30% at launch. Care plans from AED 395 per month cover hosting oversight, backups, fixes and small changes.
A fair view, so you do not pay for more than you need.

Our operations system starts at AED 29,500. Off-the-shelf tools such as Zoho or Odoo cost less to start.
If the pain is copying orders or chasing invoices, business automation from AED 3,950 may solve it without an ERP.

Prices are in AED and exclude 5% VAT.
Off-the-shelf products charge per user per month, and setup is usually extra. Our custom operations system starts at AED 29,500 as a one-off build, and a multi-branch ERP starts at AED 75,000+. Prices exclude 5% VAT, and the fixed price is confirmed after the process audit.
The UAE is moving to structured e-invoices sent through an Accredited Service Provider, phased from 2026 to 2027. Confirm whether and when it applies to you on the FTA or MoF site, or with your accountant (checked October 2026). Our ERP is built to be ready. It suits trading, retail and e-commerce firms; for heavy manufacturing a larger product fits better.
Not necessarily. The system issues invoices and tracks payments and stock. If your accountant works in a separate accounting package, we can export or sync the postings so nothing is entered twice.
No. We are not an accredited provider. We prepare your invoice data in a structured form and connect to the provider you select through their API. Phasing runs from 2026 to 2027 and dates may change, so confirm yours with the FTA or MoF, or your accountant (checked October 2026).
Yes. The system prepares salary data as a file in the format your bank or exchange house accepts for WPS uploads. Formats differ between banks, so we confirm yours during the audit.
We take your current files, clean duplicates and inconsistent names, and import customers, products, opening stock, open invoices and balances. You receive an exceptions list to approve, and the old files stay untouched as a backup.
You own your data and can export it at any time. Licensing of the build is agreed in the contract, and we can discuss hosting in a UAE region if your policies require it.
Often you should. If your process is standard and you have the patience to configure it, an established product is sensible. We build when your process is unusual, when per-user pricing becomes heavy, or when you want one system that also talks to your store and WhatsApp.
Send us the files your team uses today. We will tell you what a system would replace, what it would cost, and whether you need one at all.
